I'm fucked after every work out, when you push it really hard doing heavy sets with long breaks it leaves you knackered. I havent done a single curl but my arms have grown a lot. All my lifts have shot up since I started & are still steadily improving.

Squats are the single best exercise for stimulating growth & getting the hormones pumping, I love em.
That's great. I know a massive muscly cunt who says he hardly does curls as well.

I hear squats are brilliant for strength and are as you say the best thing for it. I've hardly done any of them for years now. Except for with this new workout I've been doing. So that's one thing I'll be keeping from it even though I'm goin to change my routine.

I got in contact with MrSmall a few weeks ago and never looked back.....

He cuts through the bullshit, offers sound advice and keeps you motivated to reach your goals. If you're willing to pay for his services, which are a well worth it IMO, you should give it a shot.

I'm half a stone lighter, my lifts are all back up, I ripped my shorts squatting and feel a lot better despite the looming threat of my boss wanting to shit can me.

He said I was his model student / Daniel Laruso type person. Disclaimer - Smalls may not have said this
That cunt Small is my brother. He won't charge me for shit! Us Greeks have to stick together in these austerity riddled times. Or has he become a money greedy puppet of the establishment now too?

Haven't spoken to him in ages. I have him on fb though.

What do you think of this BUMPY KNUCKLES ?

http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dougs-4-day-split-workout.html

Just found it. Looks more for me than that other shit excuse for a gym routine I've been doing lately.
It does seem better, but still it seems scattered about into strange catagories, for example chest and bicep on the same day? I've heard of chest and back, but more commonly is chest/tricep. Honestly I'm not the best person to advise you on a BB routine, but if I was to lift purely for the look, I'd do Chest/Tric, Back/Bic, Shoulders, legs. with chest use lifts like Bench, Incline bench, lying pullovers then isolate the tricep with whatever your favirote exercise may be, then back/bic do the same, pullups, pulldowns, rows then curls, Then shoulders something like OHP side raises shrugs.

That may seem like little isolation on your guns but remember the reason those muscles are grouped together is that the main lifts, bench, incline bench, ohp, pullups all use biceps/triceps as secondary muscles so they are being worked even without the curls or the tricep pulldown things.

For the record alot of my mates go to the gym and use simular routines and have decent physiques, its also about consistency, diet, sleep etc etc

You're right on the sleep thing. My diet is ok but I never fuckin get any sleep. I had a shit phone for ages and now I have a decent one I'm always watching vids on YouTube about government and shit. Sometimes I get like 3 hours sleep only cos I can't stop watching fucking vids. Fuck my life.

I'll get some info of my little brother for you, he is massively into muscle definition and cutting etc, his diet and supplements are down to a T, in a few years the results of his training routine have been brilliant.

I usually just do my own thing in the gym, through the week I generally try to do it this way-

day 1- chest
day 2- biceps and triceps
day 3- back
day 4- shoulders
day 5- legs

and I just fit the days in whenever I can, if I can.

But I've been wanting to have an actual set schedule, and my mate suggested this to me two weeks ago-

http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-muscle-building-workout-routine/

I've been doing it for two weeks now and whilst my back and my legs feel like they're improving already, I think this workout is a load of bullshit because my arms feel like they're shrinking already. My arms are generally the standout fucking success in my whole gym life, and this workout just has me doing two exercises per week on my biceps and not even on the same day as each other.

I need something better. I could go back to my old routine but it was just my own, and I want another proper one from a website which has me sticking to a regime and schedule, but I want a better one than this nonsense that is going to make my fucking arms disappear.

Help?
Sounds like a body building routine. have you tried doing pushups?

I used to do 2 muscles groups A day, 5 days aweek...

But was speaking to few massive blokes at the gym, and if you wanna bulk up, its best to focus on one group A day... As you mostly end up working 2 muscle groups anyways, it seems to be working for Me...

Make sure you work every section of your chest and back, found out I wasnt working every part of them while back, so that wasnt helping with My growth...

Monday - Chest (also works your shoulders and tris)

Tuesday - Back (also works your biceps to)

Wednesday - Shoulders

Thursday - Legs

Friday - Arms (biceps, triceps, forearms/wrists)
