I was up to 7/7 full agreement.Ali is far too revered for someone with a history of racism, adultery, domestic abuse, and bullying.
Calzaghe was not only better than Froch, he also has a better CV.
The officials did Vitali a favour stopping the Lewis fight when they did. (maybe not unpopular here, but there are loads of folk still up in arms about this strangely).
Haye didn't do too badly against Wlad, and the toe excuse has some merit.
Woolhouse is not that fit.
Michelle Joy Phelps is even less so.
Having ringcard girls is cringy and embarrassing.
One of the biggest reasons the US no longer dominates, particularly in the heavyweight division, is due to the legalisation of abortion and ready access to sexual protection.
The easy access to hard drugs and firearms also have a part to play.
I know that it's the idea of the thread, but I disagreeBjs is massively over rated, his boxing ability is hugely over rated.
Massively over rated based on the limenuex win, he's living off it. He doesn't show up more than he shows up, he arguably lost a fight at the leisure center against a nobody, got wobbled in his first fight at 168, struggled in his last fight till he got the stoppage, had nothing in the tank after 6 rounds with eubank and arguably lost the next 6. I really hope they put him in with canelo and then everyone will see he's not at that level. His most impressive win came with a failed drugs test too didn't it?I know that it's the idea of the thread, but I disagree
I don't mind inconsistent, unconditioned or not dedicated but when he does get those things right (probably not often enough), he's the best pure boxer we've had since Calzaghe, for me.
