Or at least, I hope that's a joke. Switch hitting is rarely effective at the top level. To me it suggests insecurity or confusion about your opponent: "My A game isn't working, so I'll do something I'm not quite as good at to see if that works."

When your gameplan is "I'll be awkward and scrappy and hopefully edge rounds" which is so often the case with switch hitters somethings gone wrong

If only they learned the art of defence without constantly getting off-balance. Even Marvin Hagler was much less effective as an orthodox fighter.
