Eh hard for me to take Oscar seriously.

I think this is business pick.

If he picks Silva and he is wrong it has no chance of helping his bottom line. If he picks Silva and is right Silva probably won't be skinned onto Oscar and even if he is there isn't much up side because Silva isn't going to generate huge money.


If he picks Paul and he is wrong it's a wash...but if he picks Paul and is right he might be able to play to Paul's ego and make a ton of promoting a fight for Paul.

Basically the only way Oscar could make money is working with Paul.

So might as well pick Paul and hope for the best (that he wins and that the pick gives Oscar some good will with Paul).
Years ago I remember Valuev fighting a fight on HBO and Manny Steward kept talking him up. Like Jim would low key shit on him and Manny would be like (but he so big and awkwardly effective...).
I couldn't figure out then he said "it would be a good fight him and Wladimir " and I realized "oh okay...".

Sad but true. Holyfield was nearly 60.

Yeah I saw videos of Holyfield training before hand...his physique still looks tremendous...but watching him move was sad...the form was mostly correct (but at times he was dropping his hands before throwing...leading his head over his lead knee when throwing) with everything looked like it was in super slow motion.

Honestly a sub novice amateur would probably beat Holyfield up at this point....

My guess is Jake is going to target the roided up McGregor next.

But to be honest...with all that body built roid muscle on his narrow frame I doubt Conor could get into shape to do more than a couple of rounds before gassing out.
