Roberto Duran will always be my favourite fighter of all time, probably in terms purely of skill the best I've ever seen.

Nothing beats Duran-Leonard 1 for me, and I mean that as a tribute and respect to both men.

The best fighter that we have a catologe of footage of in my opinion. Defensively, the man was an utter genius. Those subtle half a step back and a slight turn of the head were just awesome. Going forward, well, he was Roberto Duran.

In my opinion, Duran could have been the greatest fighter ever

Yeah I sort of skimped over some bits simply because I thought the article was going to become too long. I'd wrote a fair bit from his lightweight years and I thought by the time I get to Leonard and co It's going to be too long for an internet article. I could have went into great detail about a few other fights fairly easily.

And yeah @Flea Man Mamby was at LWW, he was bouncing about at that point by still the lightweight champion so I just kept it simple so as not to lengthen the sentence just explain that fight was outside the limit and I didn't want to leave him out cause its a fairly solid win on the resume.
