I'd expect Arguello to knock him out in the later stages.

Saddler imo, Arguello was a great boxer but standing and fighting so much against a prime version of Saddler leads me to give him the nod. At his best, Saddler just grabbed opponents, held them with one hand and smashed their faces in with the other, he was so strong too. I wouldn't rule out Arguello getting it done, but I think Alexis has his hands full to the max here.

Arguello and Saddler could both bomb out opponents but both were also able to take a very good shot i am not saying that either man may not be able to hurt the other but i cant see Arguello or Saddler hitting the deck .Arguello with his high hands and chin kept down his straight lefts and rights are the stuff of legend not to mention his body shots and his left hook was bloody good too put that together with his accuracy and it sounds pretty hard for saddler . Saddler though was a tough bugger the little i have seen of him he is not the best to watch although he could unleash very effective two fisted attacks when he felt the time was right to do so. Saddler also would find a way to win even if that means getting close and using say his bony elbows or thumbing an opponent just plain winning ugly but winning, a win by survival if you will

so after all that rambling i cant really decide

If Arguello can avoid getting to roughed up on the inside i take him to eek out a possible decision win but i would not bet on the outcome of this fight

i don't think its possible to fight saddler without getting roughed up. however arguello should be able to catch him often enough to get a decision if he fights smart and the referee limits saddler's moves. 1.85 odds arguello possibly?

Arguello was far tougher than he's often given credit for. He's also the straighter puncher and better boxer with superior accuracy. I'd want to take a look at Marcel-Arguello and Arguello-Olivares again. A third match would be Arguello-Escalera II, Alexis's self-described toughest win, where the Snake Man left him looking like hell when it was over. Initial guess is Arguello by UD. This one's going to the cards, a difficult situation for Saddler to prevail in against somebody with greater height and reach where Sandy doesn't have the edge in mobility. I also have some trouble seeing anybody win ugly over the distance against Alexis.
