Austin Trout, who, just a month ago, upset Miguel Cotto at Madison Square Garden in New York, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, early New Year's Day.

The accusations were he had a fight a short while ago. The statement his team have issued was he was sober and trying to break up a fight between two drunk people.

He was released and wasn't charged so it's nothing. He also failed a drug test for weed last year but nothing came of it.
