I would say he is up there with the smartest fighters both in the ring and out.

You have to think that if the stock markets didnt crash he would have continued to make a hefty amount of money and would never have returned after a 7 year lay off.

This video is a great little documentary and has some footage of him talking.

DB the film was called "Boxing's Little Giants",and it showed the great alltime smaller champions in little segments...It was on tv about 10 years ago or so...
Leonard had a great personality,and was one of the most beloved and admired fighters who ever lived...My dad's idol ....The great Bennah !
