Best performance when under pressure

hard to top some of the ones mentioned so I'll throw Sugar ray Leonard v Roberto Duran II into the mix. If he had lost it would have been far from game over and no shame losing to Duran but a second loss would have took away a fair bit of the hype around him. Plus he was out-brawled, out-boxed and out-thought in the first fight so the pressure was on for him to pull out a quality performance - which he did (and probably gets less props for due to the No Mas debacle).
