The top two are pretty clear, with Froch at 1 and Burns at 2.

After that it's all a bit of a mess really. Haye arguably could be 3rd with the win over Chisora but his activity let's him down. Rees, Quigg, Groves, DeGale and Brook are all at about the same level really so you can take your pick out of them. Then I'd have Fury and Price a little lower than those guys. Cleverly is near impossible to rank because his opposition has been so awful.
