Nice list, but surely if Haye is deemed active then he is without doubt second. Also, Khan should rank higher than Burns. I like Burns, but its the WBO thing going on, Khan has fought stellar opponents. Sure he has been KO'ed, but he beat Kotelnyk, Judah, Malignaggi. Thoughts?

Burns has a better record than Haye over the last three years. I think Burns deserves to be above Haye based on recent achievements.

Also, Khan should rank higher than Burns. I like Burns, but its the WBO thing going on, Khan has fought stellar opponents. Sure he has been KO'ed, but he beat Kotelnyk, Judah, Malignaggi. Thoughts?

Khan lost against his last two world class opponents, so I think it is right that Burns is above him since he has kept winning against solid world level opponents.

Khan and Haye have the better records overall, but recent form is with Burns.
