Over at the scene apparently has a foot injury and may pull out again.

Tired of this kid now.

He's overtraining imo

I can understand him wanting to be in perfect condition, but it rarely happens, its the nature of the sport and the training that goes with it, you're going to get little injuries, people like Froch will fight through broken ribs, perforated eardrums etc and that's what makes him a fighter. He's gonig to end up losing his shot at this rate, unless he really cant move aruond the ring just strap it up and take the fight or he might lose this fight, which he will win
Really pissed off if this gets called off, think kell wins it
Already made my peace with this fight never happening.

Kell should've accepted that title shot against Bradley when he had the chance.
Just let Alexander fight someone else. All this waiting round cos one fighters injured is bollocks.

I agree, it's one thing if it is a month delay like first time but if we are talking August/September they should have an interim fight

Agree with all of this (except for the bit in bold!) It seems as though he has been overtraining and from all these pictures he's posting of what a supposed great physique he has, I'm getting the impression his mindset is all wrong. Being ripped is all well and good but it's only part of what is required to be a World Class athlete and it seems as though he's neglecting/harming other areas of his fitness work just to be as toned as possible. It also implies that he's gone too much the other way after the Jones debacle and has got into his head that a lack of S&C before the fight was the sole reason for his struggling. Well it wasn't, even if him gassing was a prominent factor in his decline. His alarming naivety on the inside and inability to fight effectively on tge back foot were big worries too so if he thinks doing more weights will iron out the flaws he showed against Jones, he's very much mistaken IMO.

Either way picking up these type of injuries seems to show that his preparation for this fight has been rather poor. I was very sceptical about his chances in any case given he has no real wins of any significance on his record but not coming to the ring in great shape would just convince me even more that he hasn't got what it takes to bridge the big gap between the level he's been fighting at and the fringe world class level Alexander has proven to be.

From the heart i don't care about Brook ,he's from Yorkshire for one, talks funny, his mates don't like Maggy Thatcher, and call us Nottingham Folk Scabs ! if thats not enough to dislike the bloke he struggled and got his nose broke by Carson Jones (haha) and got lucky , so Fast Eddie can talk this up as much as he likes but the London Lyrics dont work with me on this one just like Bellew scouse pillar to post statement ! no contest, next please!
You think he would be in tip top health with the healthy things he eats

Its definitely off - Hearn confirmed stress fracture in foot.
Matchroom Sport can confirm that Kell Brook will be unable to fight Devon Alexander on May 18 due to an injury to his right foot.

Eddie Hearn said:

"Kell has recently developed right foot pain. Following specialist review and investigations over the last ten days he has been diagnosed with a stress fracture of his right fourth metatarsal and a further injury of his right navicular, both of which require on-going treatment including withdrawal from full training.

"As a result of these injuries and the time required to recover he has been advised that he will not be medically fit to fight on May 18.

"Obviously this is a huge blow and Kell is devastated but we have had to make the right decision for Kell Brook the fighter. We will speak with Golden Boy and hope to re-schedule the bout in the near future."

I honeslty think they made too much of kells conditipning, dont think there was anything wrong with it and jones jusy put in a hell of a performance and then eddie said something about conditioning and everyone started talking about that and kell went mad about it and is overtraining now

Racial streotyping :-(
 :rofl
Bet he wishes he'd taken that $500,000 to fight Bradley now....
He should just fight with the injury at this stage, he's getting stopped either way
