The Flintoff 'fight' stunk.

The Flintoff 'fight' stunk.Out of interest what recent fights would you say are most likely the result of corrupt, rather than inept, judges?
Good shouts. It's hard to tell with Chisora-Helenius though as it was a big fight in Finland and the crowd went absolutely nuts every time Helenius so much as moved an arm and were completely silent with Chisora. I remember Duke McKenzie (I think) had a very weird card that night too.Personally for me, I'd say fights like Abril/Rios, Chisora/Helenius and Campillo/Cloud were corrupt, while Pacquiao/Marquez 3 was more down to the judges being inept.
Yeah, I didn't even realise the discrepancy in that fight until last night's Bunce Hour when someone rang in asking about it. Hadn't paid too much attention to the fight. Very odd scoring. The Flintoff 'fight' stunk.

Agreed there, he really didn't seem to be putting any effort in.I think Dawson refusing to fight was more indicative of the fix than the scoring. The guy literally threw 3 punches per round and looked like he was putting nothing into them, yet still somehow scored a knockdown. he could have took Flintoff out in one if he wanted to.
was it someone on here or maybe a boxer on twitter said thats the first accidental knockdown he'd seen? where the guy scoring it looked like he'd fucked things up, interesting to see what payment he got and think how that might have been different if he'd lostI think Dawson refusing to fight was more indicative of the fix than the scoring. Perhaps.I think Dawson refusing to fight was more indicative of the fix than the scoring.

Gonna add Adamek-Chambers and Adamek-Cunningham 2 to the list for corruption.Personally for me, I'd say fights like Abril/Rios, Chisora/Helenius and Campillo/Cloud were corrupt, while Pacquiao/Marquez 3 was more down to the judges being inept.
Yeah, Adamek/Chambers was one of the worst of the year for me actually. Terrible and the fact that Eddie was one-armed for nearly all the fight and still dominated made it even worse.Gonna add Adamek-Chambers and Adamek-Cunningham 2 to the list for corruption.
 This is sadly true.was it someone on here or maybe a boxer on twitter said thats the first accidental knockdown he'd seen? where the guy scoring it looked like he'd fucked things up, interesting to see what payment he got and think how that might have been different if he'd lost
