Can AI create fantasy boxing fights?

I assume everybody has a fairly good grasp of what the current ChatGPT and Bard systems have been learning and creating.

I wonder if they've got enough juice yet, to study every frame of every fight of two famous boxers (And maybe even every fight of each of those 2 boxers opponents) and then create a realistic, reasonably "accurate" scenario for if they fought each other. We know they can create realistic LOOKING video now, so this is bound to start happening soon.
Maybe right now?

Say you took Ali and Iron Mike. The AI program would know every single offensive and defensive move each fighter ever made, and against every type of move all their opponents made. It could also factor in how a fighter change as he got tired, or how he fought someone smaller / larger, more aggressive / less aggressive. Factor-in age, etc.

I'm thinking you could tell it to give you four different fantasy fights: The combinations of when fighter A decided to come out aggressive, vs playing it safe, and then the same for fighter B. - And so possibly 4 different outcomes when using the same technical input.

If one of you guys is using ChatGPT right now, maybe ask it to do this and see what happens?

I thought you were talking about Al Haymon at first.

I don't know too much about ChatGPT but I'd be interested in the results if anyone tests it out for the answer to the Ali/Tyson question although I'd prefer Ali/Lewis, I already know who would of won between Ali & Tyson.
The best test for AI regarding fantasy fights would be if they could accurately predict the outcomes of immediately forthcoming matches with some semblance of consistency.

I had my program predicit prime Jack Dempsey vs prime Rocky Marciano and give me a round by round account. It predicted Marciano would win....which you can make a argument for. But it had him using his jab a great deal to keep Dempsey on the outside. Lol

But I'm sure it will get better.

Excellent point.

Even better than that, fights between current day fighters that keep getting promised but never happen.

I remember when they did the first computer generated fight between Ali and Marciano back in the late 60's.

It was done in 69 and released in 70 with Marciano being declared the winner in the U.S. but with Ali winning in many European countries.

Unfortunately, Marciano was killed in a plane crash not long after the release so there was no real feedback on his behalf except for his brother stating Marciano thought if the fight was for real, he would have won.

Oh man, that would be sweet!

Imagine how embarrassed the "loser" would be. Maybe it would force them to fight for real.

Exactly what I was thinking.
