Ok we'll have a big induction week next week so can everybody throw up 15 names for consideration. We'll pick out the most popular and induct a massive ten people for the first induction. Can you please include at least one coach, observer and someone for a domestic wing (please state this though as some will transcend a few brackets).

If you don't want to make them public then you can PM me. Obviously as its the first induction every single person in boxing is open to be picked.

Here's mine:

Boxers:

Sugar Ray Robinson
Muhammad Ali
Roberto Duran
Harry Greb
Sugar Ray Leonard
Pernell Whitaker
Ted 'Kid' Lewis
Ezzard Charles
Jack Johnson
Joe Louis

Coaches:

Ray Arcel
Manny Stewart

Observer:
harry Mullen

Domestic:
Seaman Tommy Watson

Solid List Teets, I thought this would be the easiest one but there's so many greats to choose from I felt bad not voting for some of them so I tried to mix it up a bit

Yeah might put in a female wing and possibly down the line put in a journeyman wing for those who get no appreciation. Domestic wing can be spread out to any nation for those domestic legends who don't get their earned recognition.

I'll play it safe and say Henry Cooper anyway

Thought I'd bring up the Hopkins vote whilst it is here, should we induct active boxers or leave them until they are officially retired. Whilst Hopkins isn't a problem as he certainly qualifys, this is more for people whos gonna start voting say Andre Ward already. I'm not bothered about them being active personally and it could inspire some good debates but I thought it would be worth hearing other peoples views?

Wait until they've not fought in 5 years in my opinion. You need that time to have perspective over their career.
