Alright lads, just finish watching Wales smash Scotland, ready to see Groves and Barker.

Did Evangelou get stoppped?
Purdy should stop his man shortly.
alright bryn not bad apart from being knackered, really want to stay up for hopkins though, it'll start slightly earlier than vegas fights because its new york yeah?

rivera really looks like he doesnt want to be in there now
East coast won't make it that much earlier, really. As it'll start later to accommodate the west coast. I don't think I'll stay up to watch Hopkins, I think he's all but done now, Pascal II was his last hurrah, in my opinion. Would love to be proven wrong.
HBO start at 2:30 our time and I think are only showing Thurman/Zaveck then Hopkins/Cloud, so hopefully it won't be that late. Will still probably be too late for me though. I feel knackered already.
Ain't you a big 'Nard fan, Roseph?
kinda hoping for a soft stoppage then tbh
 Sad to admit....but yeah.
The Jones that fought Brook would've stopped Purdy. I watched the Byrne fight, but cannot remember any of it, what happened there?

@Pabby Help me out here?
Does @Teeto watch contemporary boxing? I never see him in the rbr's.
Froch's grin when Warren was mentioned. :yep
It's uncomfortable how easy they're saying this will be for Groves. Even though it should be, it's unnerving.
teeto you may think im stupid but i dont care lol

Groves has a good right hook, which is a rarity these days.
The cousin started off pretty well, Jones fought similarly to the Brook fight in that regard as while he pressured consistently, he was pretty patient in terms of throwing punches, which allowed Deano to take most of the earlier rounds. Over the second half he started to feel the effects of being forced to circle so widely and Jones really came back into it a lot, coming on stronger as Dean faded.

Was looking ominous for a bit but Jones got more and more reckless in the last couple of rounds, which enabled mah'dude to pick at the holes and sneak in another messy round or two at the end.
Cheers dude. :good

how about george fighting the winner of abraham and steligliz (how ever you spell it)???
Darren Barker round 6 for me. (not sure if this is the thread for the darren barker fight?)
Yes, it is.
