I know people are down on Prizefighter but it still think it can be good with the right line up and I really like the look of this one. Very interested to see how McIntosh does up in weight. Always think it adds something to a Prizefighter when there is history between guys in the tournament so having Dawson and Conquest in there gives a narrative right from the start. I think they'll probably meet at some point. Don't see Hari Miles winning it but could see him upsetting one of the bigger names and Camacho may be able to do something similar. McPhilbin makes sense as a guy to have in the tournament but think he loses in the first round. Never seen Carmichael or Owens.

I've always thought Conquest was pretty talented so I think he will win it and avenge his loss to Dawson in the process

Meet The Prizefighters

This weekend sees the 30th installment of Prizefighter, the third edition of the cruiserweights, at the event's spiritual home of York Hall, Bethnal Green.

And it promises to be an exciting night - the big men often provide some of the best action. Half of this weekend's combatants have won fights after being on the floor while the first edition provided six knockdowns in seven fights!
Wadi Camacho
Conall Carmichael
Neil Dawson
Martin Grainger
Danny McIntosh
Shane McPhilbin
Hari Miles
Nathan Owens

That's a good draw for my pick Hari Miles

Loads picking McIntosh but i think he'll be sparked.

Camacho will gas as the tournament progresses, McPilbin will crowd a lot of his work and get too scrappy. Yeah, Miles for me

Yeah, I'm thinking McIntosh will end up like Dean Francis when he jumped up to cruiser for Prizefighter. Not looking forward to this at all though, really underwhelming. Usually the ones with the lighter guys provide the best entertainment.

What happened to Conquest?

I think this is a really intriguing, tough to pick Prizefighter. I could see Dawson, Camacho, McPhilbin, Carmicheal and McIntosh all winning, but if I had to pick, I think I'd go with Camacho. None of these fighters are exceptional but they are some of the best cruiserweights in Britain.
