I'm not exactly sure they'll dominate. They haven't been doing so in world amateur boxing for a few years, and they're generally more suited to that than a more pro format like the WSB, so what's the guarantee?

They'll of course do well though, will be great to see a Cuban team in there.

I thought their team was really strong at the Olympics. One got robbed, another was in a great group and at 17 did pretty well. they had two gold medal winners and the others did alright as well.

On a tangent, i was so disappointed with Julio la Cruz in the Olympics, i bought a ticket to the quarter finals, largely to see him box as I was a massive fan, but he just seemed to let Conceicao take the bout, he never got out of first gear I just didn't understand what he was doing, hopefully he's in this, hes a real talent when he wants to be

I think Veitia will be an amazing boxer in a few years, Ramirez was brilliant at the Olympics, boxer of the tournament for me, Alvarez is also excellent, just fought the wrong fight v Nevin but looked amazing in the worlds.

Toledo would be the best in the world if Lomachenko wasn't in his division, not much you can do about that steam train but he has given him a few tough fights now. Iglesias is a lovely boxer but even though he got gold I dont think he is as good as the rest mentioned so far.

la Cruz has shown tobe quality in the past but he messed up against Falcao, who is a very good boxer himself. Larduet I ont rate much and Savon was robbed against Joshua.

I think thats a solid team, maybes a couple of switches but for me they are the most talented team in the world. A couple more years experience and some of these guys will dominate WSB.
