Arreola got handled by Adamek and almost ko'd by Tarvis Walker, he's not many levels above David Price let alone Haye

I'm not even sure if a "fit" Arreola is a heavyweight
He was 230 against some bum a couple of years ago and was still carrying a nice beer belly and moobs.
If he was "in shape" he'd most likely be a cruiser (I think he was 175 as an amatuer)

Charr desperatly wants the fight, he's constantly calling out Haye on twitter. The build up to the fight could be fun if he's the opponent. An even better fight for Haye would be Fury, and Hennessy has told the Telegraph that he may be willing to make it for the summer: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...t-Tyson-Fury-as-appetiser-for-Klitschkos.html .
