Has anyone been taking up on this ?

Ive been banging on about the odds on Twitter from moment they priced it up, even given my recent predictions i can't see even me cursing it.

Betfred opened up at 100/30 :rofl:rofl then cut to 5/2 back out to 11/4 before ending up at 7/4

Now i don't touch him cause hes dodgy and can get fuck all on, but Boylesports for last 4 weeks have been holding up the 9/4 ive been reloading up on it, today i noticed they cut to 2/1 i just had abit more on now 6/4.

Has anyone else been getting money on these ridiculous prices. Still think anything over 11/10 is value, but having been on at 2/1 and 9/4 unless some other firm offers it back up i'll stick with what i got on it. Amazing odds though.

Think some people misread that bet, no one has to be stopped or knocked out for it to end. Haye will pick Chisora off all night, it could be stopped because he is taking so much of a beating hes pulled out, could be stopped on cuts or more likely it could be stopped with Chisora not throwing back when Haye unloads late on.

Im not denying Chisora has a "good" chin, but exactly how has it been tested, Vitali walked his way through that fight with one arm. Fury is not a big puncher, Sexton is not, Helenius is someone who i find is overrated alot. Haye is a style of fighter he will never have faced, and Haye has hurt everyone he has ever fought.

He had Valuev rocked in last round and only time he tried in 12th vs Wlad he had him hurt. Most fustrating thing about Haye is his lack of heart and work rate, but Chisora will walk him down the size difference will not be key factor like in Wlad & Valuev fights. I just don't see this going 12.

It's an awkward bet.

We can't really say how durable Chisora is, he's not faced a heavyweight puncher of Haye's calibre, but David's problem is his low output. Haye often neglects his jab and can't shorten his punches all that well.... if Del is in shape (big if) he can either slip the shots or catch them on the non-meaty part of Haye's swing - and it is a big swing

The 10/3 is ridiculous, I'd place it around 6/4ish.

It's 7/4 with Betfred and Totesport. This is the only way I can see it ending. The speed is the key... Chisora doesn't have the huge size advantage and the jab that gave Haye so many problems in the Wlad fight.. Providing the toe is fully healed I see Haye winning by stoppage.

I think i'll back on the Round group betting.... Rounds 4-6 is 8/1

Might as well go for it, I think Chisora's chin isn't as good as some want it to be. He's a tough guy but Helenius hurt him (round 1). I think the fact he walked down Vitali's punches stopping him get that leverage and also he saw them coming. He won't see Haye's punches and that's gonna trouble him..

@Mandanda I think Haye will stop him early to mid rounds for the reason you said, he won't see the punches coming and although I think Haye's power is overrated, you don't want to take too many of them which Chisora will do, its his style, I can see Haye being aggressive and getting a 4th/5th round stoppage.

This :deal.

I watched bits and pieces of the Wlad fight back and he didn't fight that bad IMHO, He did land at times and even buzzed Wlad once. He can go to war and he can box off back foot to decent effect. I don't think his chin's as bad as many including Booth felt and i think as you say a middle rounds stoppage could well happen. Chisora only closes distance he doesn't use angles so Haye can pick him off on way in. Plus Haye's punches come over, through and round guard at speed. I think the difference in levels will be apparent come July 14th..

Haye's chin really surprised me in the Wlad fight, he took some flush shots which I never thought he could take, I think some of it must be down to fighting at his natural weight and not cutting down?

Yep the added weight helped him, Plus he's now a more thoughtful fighter and more aware. Not saying his defence is brilliant but he's not so reckless as he once was. I think if Haye chose to box off back foot and circle to Chisora's left hand he'd walk him onto right hands outside of eye line and give him more time to react to Chisora's looping right hands. I don't think Chisora cuts the ring down well. He will just follow hoping to get close and work away. They will look to take the fight to later stages IMO.
