Hate him or hate him, the Hayemaker is scheduled to be back. He's even hooked up with Shane McGuigan who trains Frampton or something.

What happens in this fight? What happens after it? Is this Hatton/Senchenko or Foreman/Zouski?

"The heavyweight division is weak" they tell us. Is it weak enough that David Haye can start kicking ass and taking names?

No TV broadcaster will touch this and theres thousands of tickets left (unusual for the British market) and it's being streamed on Youtube. Safe to say this hasn't had the impact he thought it might.

There is literally no chance he doesn't win by KO and early though. One of the most horrendous mismatches ever put together. If he fights a live body I'd be interested to see what effect McGuigan (who's a good coach) can have

To your first point, didn't the Haye vs. Chisora fight have similar broadcast problems? Weren't one or both of them banned from fighting in the UK for that fight? My point being, isn't all Haye needs an 'event' to announce his comeback?

No TV issues, Boxnation picked it up and made a success of it. They were "banned" by the BBBoC (ridiculous) but they got around that fairly easily using Frank Warren's legal skills by using another EU board (Luxembourg).

The issue is he's announced this "event", even got Z list celebs tweeting about it and hooked up with The LadBible (think the worst type of news outlet aimed at young men imaginable then make it worse) and still nobody is interested and he's ended up streaming it on Youtube as no TV network wants it. Add to that tickets just haven't shifted, the place will be half empty unless he gives loads away. Doesn't seem to be any interest any more. Unless it's just because it's the worst mismatch in recent memory and if he were fighting someone better maybe TV outlets and therefore fans would get interested.

Well damn. I noticed that his comeback was announced on Lad Bible which was a bit weird in itself but I didn't realise everything else was as bad as that. Thanks for the education. Even in a win then Haye might find himself with less drawing power than he was expecting. Fury and his team have stated flat out that they'll never do business with him iirc.

Does the british public even care about Haye these days? Anyway Demoris self taught, probably doesn't even have a real trainer. Should be interesting seeing how looks against someone who isn't a stooge

"I'm the unknown quantity here. I know what to expect. Haye's a guy that's very athletic. He's very agile, very powerful. We all know what to expect from him whether he's better or worse or the same.

But one thing him and his team may not not know about me is that, for most of my career, almost 90% of my career, I trained in my dad's garage."
