I thought Oscar scraped it and I thought Trout scraped it. not in upraoar about either though.
I think it's an interesting comparison and wondered what you guys make of it?Finally, I certainly hope that my esteemed colleague, as well as everyone else who thinks Álvarez clearly deserved the verdict on Saturday, disagrees with the following statement: Oscar De La Hoya was robbed in his second fight with "Sugar" Shane Mosley. You can't have it both ways, people. If you believe power punches should carry the day, then you should have no problem with the judges' verdict in the highly controvesial 2003 rematch. As you'll recall, De La Hoya used movement, a pesky jab and pitty-pat flurries to, according to many, outbox his opponent. But without question the hardest blows were from Mosley, who won over the judges and many ringsiders with his aggression and the fact that, while De La Hoya outpunched him by a wide margin, it was "Sugar" Shane's stronger shots that moved their opponent.
