Eddie says Amir Khan should steer clear of Kell Brook

One thing you can always say about Amir Khan is that he's hugely entertaining because you never know what's going to happen. He's very susceptible to being hurt, especially by a left hook, but he's got a very exciting style - he's fast, he's a brave kid.

.........

It's easy for me to say Kell Brook would do this and that but at 147lb Amir couldn't live with Kell Brook. That's not taking anything away from Amir - he's not a welterweight. There is no way that Kell could lose for that reason.

Khan moving to Hunter was a mistake from the off, he cant learn that style and it wont be effective for him. But now I think he's been damaged by all the heavy shots hes taken, especially against Garcia

 What the fuck is Eddie talking about? Kell's not exactly a huge welterweight or a fighter that imposes his size anyway. Khan could definitely beat Brook and they should make the fight this year to prove it.

I was actually really impressed by Diaz against Khan and think he deserves credit for making it a good fight when it wasn't really expected to be. He fought well and was a bit unfortunate not to either get the knockout or perhaps even win on the cards. Khan didn't have him hurt at all.

Hearn also starts his article by saying that Diaz isn't that good and that McCloskey would've beaten him, then ends by talking up Diaz against Brook. Make your mind up, Ed ;)

Agree, he seemed more ponderous against Diaz which meant he got hit a lot more. It might be because he is imitating rather than properly implementing Hunter's style. On the other hand, given the fights he's been in, maybe his reflexes are starting to let him down a bit...
