DeGale, who's only defeat as a professional came at the hands of arch-rival George Groves, took to his official Facebook fan page to issue a response.
He fumed: "To put the record straight, I did spar with Chris Eubank Jr today. I played with the kid.
"I was shocked how rude and disrespectful he was and I can only say he has a LOT to learn both inside and outside the ring.
"I'm actually embarrassed for him. He is more than welcome to come back to my gym for another sparring session, but I very much doubt he will!"

Spencer Fearon put: Let's get this straight James Degale was not beaten up by Chris Eubank Jr yesterday in sparring on the contrary to the tweets and status of Jr. Just watched the recording of it James didn't even change gear.The problem all started after the spar when Eubank Snr after the spar told his son "You won you won" request his son jumped the top rope ala "Simply The Best" this upset James and his father then they told Jr and Snr to fxxk off out their gym

personally I can't see Eubank schooling anyone above domestic level, pushing an ego on him isn't the way to go with his defence, he needs to get his head down and do a lot of learning still

:lol::lol: I loved that thread, one fella was well wound up. Boxrecing Cook's record IIRC.
Best thing about it is the pic of Cook, Him being bosseyed had me cracking up :lol:.
