The first four fighters have been selected for the Betfair Prizefighter Cruiserweights III at the York Hall, Bethnal Green live on Sky Sports on May 18.

Canning Town's Wadi Camacho (6-1) is joined by unbeaten Castleford fighter Nathan Owens (5-0-1), Nottinghamshire's Shane McPhilbin (8-6) and Welshman Hari Miles (7-7) in the 30th edition of Matchroom Sport's eight-man, one-night tournament with the final four fighters to be announced next week.

The tournament will precede Kell Brook's IBF welterweight World title challenge to Devon Alexander, giving fans a great night of boxing on Sky Sports.

"The cruiserweight division is wide open right now and the winner is going to put themselves right in contention for major title honours," said promoter Eddie Hearn.

"We've had a huge number of requests to make the starting eight and will announce the full line up next week - fans and viewers can expect a sold out venue, cracking atmosphere and plenty of drama!"

Tickets for the Betfair Prizefighter Cruiserweights III are on sale now from Matchroom Boxing priced at £40 unreserved, £60 ringside and £120 VIP and can be bought online at www.matchroomboxing.com or on 01277 359900.

Hari Miles is far better than his record suggests. He came within a whisker of stopping Wadi Camacho in December. Hopefully he is a big price as I'll certainly be backing him from the names mentioned so far
