I may be wrong but wern't Butes team claiming they had either power of veto over any opponent Froch fought inbetween now and the Bute rematch and/ or they had the right to fight the winner even if Froch should lose? ie Froch couldn't sign to fight Kessler until Kessler had signed something to say he would fight Bute if he won?

Someone tweeted Hearn about this not so long ago and he said it was rubbish. If I was Bute, I'd want Froch involved in another war
