Bernstein mentioned this matchup in the post-fight interviews. I think Fury would take this, Adamek is no great shakes at HW. Even Hennessey seemed mildly interested

What does everyone else think?

Fury would take the win. Adamek can only win by knocking him out or out-boxing him, and I think he'd struggle with both. Adamek's power is really lackluster at heavyweight and his actual ability to outbox tall fighters has evidently not gone well for him (Vitali, Williams).
Fury gets underrated a lot. The guy is only 24, and yeah, he got caught. It happens in boxing. He looked good against Maddalone (who is nothing special, I know) while Adamek is feasting on the broken shell of James Toney. :barf
Anyway, I'd like to see it. Fury's win over Dereck Chisora is an alright win, considering where he is now.

Id probably go with Fury winning a close decision in a good fight. His dimensions alone combined with some good basic boxing should cause Adamek problems.

Adamek was a really good cruiserweight btw, I wish he stayed there, we could have had a clear cut number 1 for a number of years, and he might have been still top dog in the division today.

Fury beats Ademak but looks awful doing it. Having said that this fight isnt going to happen fat Mick was only talking out his arse as usual.

I think Fury beats him :conf

I've seen absolutely nothing in Adamek to suggest he can get to Fury. He got a gift against Chambers IMO, struggled with a one armed Arreola, and was continually hurt by jabs against Vitali. He'll come to fight, but I actually think Fury has the dig to more than get his respect. Adamek will try to box and move, but I think Fury will catch up to him late.

I also think Fury has improved quite a bit. He is turning up in better shape now, putting his shots together nicely, and has seemingly been more focused in his latest fights.

Fury struggled with Rogan and the 2 Canadians, he isn't a hard puncher either, I don't know when he's ever proven otherwise?
I may sound like a fanboy when I say this but against Rogan I think that Fury was merely clowning/getting some rounds in with the whole southpaw stint.
