DiBella Entertainment has officially announced the undercard bouts for the much-anticipated middleweight championship showdown between defending WBA/IBO champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin (26-0, 23KOs) and Matthew “Mack The Knife” Macklin (29-4, 20KOs).

In the co-feature bout, red-hot super middleweight contender and IBO Champion Thomas “Tommy Gun” Oosthuizen (21-0-1, 13KOs) puts his undefeated record on the line against fellow undefeated contender Brandon “Flawless” Gonzales (17-0, 10KOs) while top-rated junior middleweight NABF champion Willie “The Great” Nelson (20-1-1, 12KOs) squares off against Luciano Cuello (32-2, 16KOs) in the televised opener. Both bouts are scheduled for 10 rounds.

The card will take place on June 29th at the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.

This isn't a bad tv undercard but the main event takes care of the show itself. Really looking forward to this fight.

Thomas Oosthuizen was supposed to be taking a step up a while ago. What happened. He is a champ, shouldn't be fighting prospects. He and Edwin should be mixing it up.

Thomas really should be pushing on from fighters like Gonzales nice numbers on the record but really when Ossie Duran and Darnell Boone are the biggest names you shouldn't be any where near a title fight. Nelson Vs Cuello looks a good fight on paper. Only seen cuello in his losing efforts and he looked a good fighter could cause Nelson a lot of problems.

I'm not sold on Willie Nelson. Looks sloopy and like a future journeyman.

I've seen him a few times and have to say he improved massively from the first time. Still looks a few steps off even a title challenge and I'd expect him to struggle with Cuello
