I think Dave is split between his desire for the board to reform (one which I share) and the fact that this will be a wake up call of sorts (or ought to be) for them, and his dislike for Del's behaviour in the recent past - not just in Munich.

As for the undercard, this fight has got people's attention.... not sure there really needs to be one. It's big.
