I'd have to give the edge to Haney. Younger man, good resume of fighters he's faced in his career. Once he started collecting titles in 2015 his opponents were a step-up in talent.

Not to say that Loma was facing bums with starting his career off fighting a 10 rounder and taking on a reigning champion in a 12 rounder in his second fight. Incredible stuff right there..
