Happy Birthday Henry Armstrong

I read some years ago (Boxing Illustrated I believe) that Armstrong had a strong case of being a 5 division Champion. Armstrong beat Barney Ross for the Welterweight title who was still the reigning Junior Welterweight title holder & as Armstrong came in under the Lightweight limit he could have claimed that title also but did not stake a claim to it. That with the reported dubious decision he got against Ceferino Garcia for the NY State Midedleweight title he could have been a 5 weight title holder (4 would be Lineal with only the Middleweight title a disputed variety).
