Don't believe it for a second
Well who then?

Wlad -no
Vitali -no
Povetkin -highly unlikely
Pulev -no way
Adamek -Probably who he should be aiming for
Chagaev -possilbe i guess
Helenius -highly unlikely
Boytsov -not active
Fury -no
Thompson -no

So that's the top 10, and there's only 1 or 2 guys on there with a very small chance of being the guy.

It can't be Mitchell, Price, Cunningham, Pianeta, Wach, Arreola or Stiverne

Names are thin, very thin.

So it's either high risk low reward like Solis, or it'll be a stiff like Charr or this guy.

If I was them i'd be going after Adamek, he's basically a dead man walking but still in the top 5, they could afford to give him a payday to bring him over here, blast him out and presto he's back at the top of the rankings.

I don't think it will be anyone good at all, just not this guy. Booth said the 5 names are all ranked in the top 15, which isn't promising at all. I'd probably put Charr as the favorite who is 10x more of a promote-able fighter than this guy, he's literally a no name to most serious boxing fans

I agree Adamek would be the best realistic choice, history at cruiserweight, a name and a pretty record for the casuals to drool over. Booth said 4 of the 5 names are undefeated fighters and all but confirmed that Charr is one of those names so that excludes Adamek from the short list

I hope it will be a bigger test than this, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it was an unbeaten fighter with no name. The Klitschko's have shown you can sell out an arena fighting this sort of dross. Is he ranked by any of the governing bodies?

I thought the whole point of returning was so he can chase another money spinner with a Klitschko. Fighting a no name nobody aint going to improve his ranking to force a mandatory so he's in the exact same bargaining position as he was before. I know he'll pretty much be no1 contender as soon as he fights a named opponent but this one does nothing, it hasn't even got the British/glassing connection that Chisora had.

I guessing its someone shit but still someone we've heard of. No point listening to what Booth or Haye say anyway, they have a huge history of talking shite so i'll wait until its confirmed before judging whether its worth watching or not.

Hadn't thought of Solis, that would make a lot of sense
not to Haye, Solis already stopped him once, unless he gets his fat arse in gear and gets a good ranking Haye wont touch him

You can sell it on that knockout loss though and there is much to suggest that Solis is going to turn his career around in the next 10 weeks. I honestly don't see it being difficult for Haye to get to the mandatory position. It is in the WBC's interest to push him forward
