Carry a pair with you in case you bump into any boxers, they've got plenty of experience with signing gloves so will know exactly what to do. If that doesn't work, send me a pair I will sign them for you.

anyone have any tips then ?
ye as lunny said conventions are good, or "an evening with..." type things, also bit of a long shot and its hit and miss, i have seen several people ask boxers on twitter and some oblige, its usually your more fan-friendly type boxers like tony bellew etc, ones where they would see the tweet, people like mike tyson probably get hundreds of tweets a day and wouldnt pick it up but a tweet to a domestic fighter might get somewhere

Frankie Gavin said on ESB before that he would sign anything for anyone who sent him stuff to his gym.

That was a while back now though, back when he was at Arnie's.

I find the best way is to take gloves to weigh-ins. Always manage to get a few from people milling about. Got Barry McGuigan and Jim Watt at the Froch-Bute weigh-in in May.

 thinking about it whatever happened to him being on here? @Bomber or something, he only tweeted like once saying he'd pop in now and again and never did, we should get on his case

Yeah I was thinking that... Was thinking about tweeting him but then I'd feel like I'm being a cunt bothering people .

I love Bellew though, one of my favourite current fighters. People were bitching after the Miranda fight but I thought it was PERFECT. Broke him down so well. Would be good if he did pop in every now and again.

cheers for the help guys, i only started collecting this year and so far have gloves signed by Ricky Hatton, Jamie Moore, Tony Bellew personalized to me and a dual glove signed by kel brook and matty hatton and also a glove signed by Tyson Fury. I also have a framed fight poster from Amir Khan which i got from a ringside girl who used to do his fights in the early stage of his career. Currently have lined up through twitter gloves from anthony joshua, james degale and kal yafai just need to buy some gloves and get them sent out.

again thanks for help and any other tips etc id be more than grateful, also id love to hear what signed stuff you fellas have managed to get over the years
