Saw Tor Hamer win Prizefighter tonight & was impressed by this kid. Tor reminds me a bit of Byrd. :bbb

He's small but has very slippery elusive headmovement, fast hands, nice combo punching & a sweet pressure jab.

Does anyone know how he managed to lose to the totally unknown "Kelvin Price" two years ago?

I notice it was a SD, did anyone see this fight & think Hamer deserved the Decision?

Also, Kelvin Price any good? I notice he's a 6'7 giant but haven't heard anything about his boxing ability.

He isnt a prospect, well i would say he is too old, 36. Just a typical tall man.

I watched his last fight on the liveboxing blogspot channel and he just fights how you would expect any giant to fight.

He is a bit plodding, if i remember rightly he was outboxing Hamer and then Hamer picked up the pace towards the end of their fight and was totally outclassing him.

BTW, i had Johnson winning the final fight tonight. What did you think?

I had Hamer decisioning Johnson with a scorecard of 29-28.

Johnson was too lazy, could've won, but too tentative to let his hands go enough, Hamer looked nice & slick outlanding him. :hammer

I usually remember a fight but only if its two undefeated guys. I jizz for 0s.

I had Johnson winning the first and last round even if Hamer totally outclassed him in general i think Johnson still nicked the two rounds.

Johnson just pulled a Kevin Johnson last night... against Sos and Tor his output was in the same regions as the Vitali fight.
I like Tor though. Not extremely impressed with him, but he's in the mix so to speak.

edit: just saw they dropped Kevin from 16 to 31 on BR... why so big a drop, when he lost a 3 round fight?!
