why?....2 things...

1. haye hit him with a full blooded punch on the chin with NO boxing glove on....Chisora walked through it, i dont believe what Haye says (he knocked chisora out for 3 secs)

2. chisora has an excellent chin, he took mant big shots from Vitali and not once was he hurt.

1- Haye knocked chisora flat on his face. Dereck didn't walk through it.
2- Vitali isn't a puncher was injured. He still dominated the fight.
Is Haye much of a puncher though? He puts people down because they don't see the shot coming but they invariably get back up and carry on. His resume at heavyweight against fighters who had seen better days doesn't really suggest one punch fight ending power and as he throws less than 25 punches a round there's no guarantee he takes Chisora out via accumulation. Not saying he definitely can't do it, just seems less likely than other outcomes to me, unless Chisora has real problems with his speed.

I don't know why i bother posting, you type everything i think:lol:

You're the only one who has been consistent and kept this fight "real" without getting drawn into the fish eyes illusion he has created that this fight is close. I watched the Sexton fight again and it made me realise the levels between both Haye and Chisora.

Whats this myth Chisoras solid chin, it's never been tested.

I think the outcome depends how inclined Haye is to throw shots, to be honest.

How he deals with Del coming forward is also important, Haye prefers to retreat anyway so Del won't be able to get as close as he did to Vitali, who is pretty sloppy with his shoulderbolts these days.

If Haye starts quickly and maintains it he'll level Del inside five rounds.

Thats it in a nutshell, if Haye works to the workrate he can in rounds he will stop him, but problem is has been proved in all his previous fights he don't do enough in rounds, rounds go by with hm landing several shots only. He should really come out and go to war, but this is Haye, if he had Chisoras heart & courage Haye would be the best heavyweight around.

Haye is a good puncher, and I do think Chisora's chin is getting overrated. He can take a good punch but Haye has legitimate KO power. Just taking punches of Vitali Klitschko doesn't mean he'll be able to do the same with The Hayemaker.

Not really.

People look into the press conference brawl way too much if they think it gives some indication of how the fight will go. Chisora didn't "just walk through" anything. He got chinned and then elbowed to the floor. It was all over just after it started.

Klitschko has never been some murderous puncher. He hits hard, but tends to wear you down. I think Chisora has a decen enough chin but he isn't just immne to punishment. Haye digs quite hard and I doubt Chisora will come away from this unscathed.

Helenius hits harder than Haye IMO, so del has proved his beard
As far as predicting the method of victory, it comes down to how well haye takes chisoras power.
If haye has respect for dels power, I think it will go to points. If haye gets hit and is not intimidated, then I think he'll get the stoppage

There's no comparator to judge that.

I'm just intrigued to see if Chisora can get inside on Haye. Haye's output is very low and he's going to need to command respect with his power against Chisora early. I can't wait to see how he deals with Chisora's poor man Frazier tactics and if he gets roughed up on the inside.

I just really hope Chisora doesn't do something fucked up like headbutt him or bite him. I've heard rumours that he's not really trained hard for this fight so he might just go in there and try to be a twat. Hopefully not though, he's got a warriors mentality.

It's clear Haye is a puncher, just a bad finisher. Dereck has a decent chin and he's tough, but he's there to be hit.
I agree with you here. Haye is definitely a puncher. But I'm not sure how hard he hits at heavyweight. He can bang no doubt, but I don't think he hits harder than Helenuis. What Haye does have in abundance is speed. Dereck may not see the punches coming, and those shots hurt more.

I'll reiterate my view of this fight, if Chisora gets out of the first 3, he pushes Haye all the way. But that's a big if
