This pains me, but I don't see it. I see him as arguably being top 5, but Mayweather is #1 for me.

The Lacy win was great in the way he did it after being almost universally written off. The Kessler win was an outstanding win against another unbeaten, prime Champion. The Bhop win is probably underrated especially considering what Bhop has done since.

But I'm probably the biggest Calzaghe nuthugger on CHB and I couldn't argue fighter of the 00's. I'll try and get drunk and see if I can argue it then :hey

Very much agreed but on the overall ATG table I might have Mayweather ahead. Maybe I'm being hypocritical here...
any reason why? (not being critical genuine question) because I look at their records and achievements and I see a gulf between them in Pacquiao's favour. but i think that might be down to my criteria

Yeah I think I'm using different criteria for both lists. Like in the 10 years between 2000 and 2010 it's clear to me that Pac has achieved the most but then when I look at it overall I just think Mayweather's a better fighter.

I probably shouldn't be looking at it like that but I can't help myself! Need to sort out my criteria properly before thinking about lists.

Pacquaio for me as well. I can accept Mayweather to be a better technical fighter and kudos to him for that but he didn't take the necessary risks to make him as great as he could have been and for that reason Pacquaio is ahead of him in both decade and in overall greatness.
