Word is that 'the Baby Bull' Juan Diaz is back in the gym, and seriously contemplating a return to the ring.... #boxing

When I saw Juan Diaz at the Pac-JMM fight in December, he was actually thinner than I had ever seen him before. He was in shape

Interesting. He could still do something imo, just depends on his mind-set. In his last few fights he just looked like he didn't want it much anymore, I mean he gave Marquez hell in the first fight and then never looked the same again.

Physically he's probably still alright and the break will have done him good considering he hasn't been out that long and he's not that old. I wonder if he'll come back as a LWW though, not a great division if your gun shy.

Yeah, really just seemed like his heart wasn't in it anymore, but fair play if he has felt the urge to return. He was a decent enough fighter and gave Marquez hell in their fight. I'd welcome him back.

tough to gage from that what he might have left.

his fighting style was one that relied on lots of energy. I can't see him having much success now unfortunately.

The Dias up to and including the Marquez fight was an awesome fun little fighter.

I knew it was something like that. Either way he chose another path that eventually led him back to boxing.

Honestly he's been one of my favorite fighters to watch since he kicked ass on Lakva Sim back in the day.
