I think turning pro could be a really bad error. I hope he's truly special, the more good fighters we produce the better so certainly wishing he proves us wrong. But he looks physically very underdeveloped. He shows good hand eye co-ordination, but surely he'd be better off staying in the amateurs for a couple more years? He can develop his actual in ring experience, develop physically, develop mentally and still turn pro very, very young. Let's be honest, losing in the amateurs is not that noteworthy, getting your arse handed to you as a pro is far more chastening. He risks ruining his stock completely in the pros if they've miscalculated. The vast majority of people are not Wilfred Benitez!
