While I don't rate Mike Jones, Bailey's win over him should probably be rated higher than Brook's win over Carlson Jones

I like Kell a lot but no way is he at 3. I think they just want to manoeuvre him towards a big fight sooner rather than later. He just isn't ready for that ranking, unfortunately we saw that at the weekend.

Pacquaio, Bradley, Malignaggi, Bailey, Ortiz, Lopez, Alexander, van heerden have all done more than him at the weight imo. Not that they are all better but Brook hasn't really fought anyone on the world scene to warrant that sort of ranking yet. And I haven't even ranked Floyd either as his last fight was LMW.

That's fair, then again I think a lot of people had Jackiewicz ahead of Jones prior to Brook beating him. I just think his body of work at 147 > Bailey's I guess. I can see and respect the argument people can/will make in Bailey's favour though.
