this guy has been shafted in the past a lot but it's partly his own doing... if he was more active and more consistent he'd be fighting more. I like how he mentions this and well let's see what happens. Think he is a good fighter fairly decent bloke but would like to see him fighting more often

I don't think that Mitchell can blame fighting once a year for the Burns loss - Burns is hardly the most active fighter on the planet and it was barely competitive. I like Mitchell, but he looked frail next to Burns in there.
