Andre Berto's always been considered a smallish Welterweight while Khan always looked like he'd one day end-up at Jnr.Middleweight.

Looks like he's trying to add muscle to his neck, which is a sensible idea as its the shock absorber for the chin.

One of those gallon smashing videos has the lad smashing two gallon bottles of orange juice. Where the fuck do you buy orange juice in that quantity? I've never seen anything like it before (@Chacal)

How are your lifts going mate? I've really kicked on since i recovered from the back strain over xmas. I've been training 5-6 times a weel as i practically live next door to my gym now. Plus paprika pringles are the single greatest advancement in training nutrition ever.

Lifting is going very well thanks. I've been working with MrSmall for like 14 odd weeks and I can't really fault it. My back still plays up every now and again but it's nothing serious as I can still lift normally.

Glad you've recovered - back injuries are shit. I was having sympathy pains for you, man.

I felt like shit after a heavy Christmas but I've worked hard to get back to where I was. My training has a bit more structure and direction to it now. My nutrition has improved a great deal too. Night off tonight but I'll be taking it easy as I'm doing heavy squats tomorrow. There had better be something good on TV though or I'll go insane in the membrane.

Bastards. Orange juice in that size and cream egg easter eggs that actually have cream in are two of my biggest dream munchie foods.
Trolling, the football thread and the training thread are the only reasons i go on ESB now. The training threads great, between mr small, jdsm and dealt with, you've got some pretty good sources of advice. Plus there is PK's squat rants. I took smalls advice about the back stuff and foam rolled the shit out of it, I hardly ever have any problems with it now. Full leg day for me today, probably go to the gym when the match is on as it'll be really quiet and they'll have it on in there anyway. But yeah Khan looks bigger :lol:
