That's right, you heard it here first. I'm picking Brandon Rios by a close decision. So that means Alvarado by early KO

You're welcome

I picked Rios in Roe's league after bottling my initial pick o Alvarado.

Between us I reckon Alvarado must be a dead cert now.
 I'm on a serious Teddy Atlas run at the minute

I still think Rios is the crisper of the two. He picks his shots better and has the slight edge in the power front. I'm really interested to see if he can take a shot up at 135 tho. I've seen Rios shaken by Acosta (who can bang a bit granted) but we still don't know if that was down to him struggling to make weight so bad.

In his last two fights Rios has looked awful. Murray lasted at longer than anyone expected, and he was outboxed comfortably by Abril (who won 10 rounds on my card). But I have a feeling Alvarado brings the best out of Rios. And with the extra weight, he'll be more comfortable.

So Rios on PTS

is there any extra weight? he weighed in at 139 for Abril and looked like a skeleton, he doesn't look good here, this is still too much of a cut

Did he weigh in at 139? I thought he was only 2lb over at the first weigh in? Might be wrong tho. I've not seen the pictures of him for this one, but I remember him looking like a ghost at the Antillon weigh in. And we all saw what happened there

ye he did for the first weigh in, then came back for the second looking like a skeleton still but at 139 hah :patsch i realy dont think this move up is enough, he needs to be at least at welter, i can see mike alvarado winning, but he wont win unless he ko's rios

Yeah, why does this place not replenish your vCash like certain other places with vCash?
The clever gamblers amongst us don't need it replenished
