Sounds plausible.Talk over at ESB is it could be Eubanks Jr.
Not necessarily with this one. Eubank Jr isn't really headline material on Sky yet so I don't think it's a signing that forces them to make new any new dates yet.More signings must mean sky have given him more dates? Prromising.
 I wondered where you were going with thatAnyone else feel like Matchroom might end up with the same challenge as WWF did when they absorbed WCW and ECW? The problem being that they had so much talent and not enough air time to get them all over. WWF came up with the ingenious idea of having the 'draft' where they could assign fighters to certain shows only, like you're either a Raw fighter or a Smackdown fighter. That way, you'd have Triple H headlining Raw and then leave Smackdown open for a new main storyline and more room for some other talent to come to the forefront.
No idea how this actually relates to Hearn's situation in practice, but I like talking about wrestling.
Eddie could sign everyone if he wanted to. I do think he knows what he's doing for now though.EDIT: Realistically, what I'm saying, is that Hearn might have more fighters than he knows what to do with and then some might go by the wayside.

I hope it ends up better than the brand split although the draft show would be awesome! Kugie Bear to be GM on the B show?Anyone else feel like Matchroom might end up with the same challenge as WWF did when they absorbed WCW and ECW? This. Although saying that Barlow's place is just as good quality as channel 437 on Sky.@Lunny I hope so mate as I recently cancelled BOxnation, the more boxing on Sky the better.
The whole "boxing doesnt make anyone any money" angle is shit, if you listened to tv execs and promoters you'd think it was charity work they did, if it didnt make good money it wouldnt happen.Pre-matchroom, Sky had more dates and dealt with a lot of different promoters and fighters. They downsized and it now seems the dates and roster are steadily growing. I'm starting to think the whole strategy of the past couple of years has been a concerted attempt to cut out the middle men and their cut of revenues. Hearn himself said they're not making money out of boxing so are they essentially TV packagers working on behalf of sky?
