Reading a book about Tunney at the moment and just read about Baer beating Primo for the Heavyweight Title.

For some reason I know little about him apart from the obvious fights.

What fights should I watch of his and what's the general feeling about him as a boxer and as Champion?

H2H beast for anyone around his weight. great chin, great workrate, great power.

Lost to a past prime Loughran before walking through the division (much like Liston did) until running into a motivated Braddock.

incidentally I think the fight between him and Schmelling was between the best two fighters in the division.
