I fancy Cotto, probably via decision, though that largely depends on Trout's punch resistance and whether he can take it to the body. He's pretty smart and good defensively, I think he'll frustrate Cotto a bit because he's difficult to pin down and hit cleanly and has a good foundation of technical skills to build with. I think he'll be cagey and defensively savvy enough that he will see the final bell, but ultimately I think his style of sitting on the backfoot and trying to punish Cotto's mistakes will see him outworked, he'll let Cotto dictate the tempo and take the initiative all night and therefore I think lose a 9-3/8-4 type decision. Could see a stoppage around 8 or 9 though if Cotto can pin him down enough to work the body and if he can't take those digs to the ribs.
