Could be for the WWE 13 game as its based around the attitude era but I can't see them using Tyson as a focal point. Also can't see what role he would play in the WWE now, it would gain hits initially but I think people would get bored as he isn't a wrestler so wouldn't be playing an active role.

I could see it being a new fight night game with Tyson featuring heavily in a character play plot in some shape or form or maybes even some sort of tv show with Tyson training guys up or a new style contender type thing.

The new style Contender type series sound like your best idea @chatty. :good.

Sadly it won't be a new Fight Night, @DonBoxer did research & says they haven't even started development on a FNC sequel yet. :-(

The voice is Heyman because the video is on his promotional Youtube Channel, he has been working with Tyson on some promotional stuff recently and is now promoting Lesnar so my money would be on Tyson v Lesnar.
