Naoya Inoue is vacating his belts at bantamweight and moving up to super bantamweight.

Look out super bantamweight and this obviously creates opportunities at bantamweight for the contenders.
Not unusual for these smaller guys to move up as they get a bit older. Look at Roberto Duran when he started boxing, 4 of his first 5 fights were fought at under 120 lbs. and he fought as high as 174 lbs. near the end of his career.

Inoue will carry his power for 3-4 more weight classes is how I see it if he decides to go up in weight a few more times during his career.

dont know about that, Donaire is a perfect example of how moving up a few pounds can turn you from a knockout puncher to a accumulation guy.
Also might be different in the damage he can take.
Vic Darchiniyan is another one.

Well, it's no secret that smaller guys moving up can sometimes go too far. The guys they are usually facing are training hard to cut weight and will almost always come into the fight 10+ pounds heavier than the guy moving up.

My example with Duran kind of showed what a freak he was since the majority of his losses happened after he was over 160 lbs.
