Agreed. Trout took his loss on the chin - he's proven he deserves the big fights. Massive props to Austin.I still wanna see Alvarez/Cotto, even though I might actually cry when Miguel gets busted up in the fight. It's a fun fight and Cotto may still have something to offer.
I hope they treat Austin Trout well now. Not that it means anything but the punch stats say he won the fight and most sane people seem to have it really close. Obviously for political reasons, Canelo was always gonna get the decision but they better not fuck Trout off after this. It would be very harsh if Alvarez fights Floyd next while Trout ends up on FNFs or something.
