Froch obviously has an iron chin, and is a superb pressure fighter, he'll be all over Benn from the off, keeping him off him and not letting him inside where he'd be dangerous. Benn, on the other hand, is most dangerous when cornered/put under pressure, and with his movement and speed he could crack Froch. Both have hearts of lions, could go the distance, but most probably a late KO, couldn't tell who for though!

I'd actually see Benn being the more aggressive, with Froch attempting to dust off the boxing skills and use his jab and movement, but ultimately engaging in more of a war as the fight goes on. Froch isn't particularly strong on the inside, he's been shown up there by both Ward and Kessler (no shame in that), so I would expect Benn to show him up there too. A close fight whichever way you cut it, I reckon it goes the distance.

I couldn't say for sure or not if Benn would knock out Froch, because that's probably a top lever puncher and I'm unsure if Froch could take them shots or couldn't, I don't think anyone out there has the power Benn had in his prime. He used to savage people and leave them dribbling on the canvas.
But I would have to lean towards Benn, if not knockout then a UD after taking his fair share of big shots from Froch in return.
