Another good weekends boxing this week. This one interests me, I've been watching Rigo a lot through his career so far.

To be honest I know next to nothing about Kratingdaenggym except that the Ring rate him above Mares...Though that doesn't necessarily mean much with the state of The Ring these days.

How do you see it going.

Also if anyone could give me the jist of the Thai fighter (fuck spelling that again) then that would be appreciated @Pabby

Poonsawat. Easier to say. Kinda

Anyway, he has only fight outside of Asia twice (once to Benard Dunn who he beat, it's on YouTube)

The guy can bang, but he isn't a murserous puncher IMO. He'll come forward but Rigo should have enough skill and spite in his punches to win comfortably. I've picked Rigo to get a late stoppage if he wants to make a statement to Donaire, so the ret of you should lump it on Poonsawat by KO in 3

I've only seen him once, when he beat Dunne. He looked good that night but I felt Dunne seemed weak (possibly ruined after the war with Cordoba just 6 months earlier) so I'm not sure knockout win proved that much.

Still, he did look good so without knowing too much about him I do expect him to give Rigo a decent fight this weekend. Should be interesting.

I'm expecting Rigo to win and for a step up in performance from him. It's his toughest fight as a pro, and I think he'll treat it more seriously than his last couple. If he doesn't he could get hurt, but I expect him to win by a late stoppage. Looking forward to this one.

Really good test for Rigo, and hopefully him vs Donaire next if he gets through this, and i think he'll counter Poon' coming forward and a horrid bodyshot will finish the job

Can't see anything other then a Rigo wide points win.

Poonsawat is very limited at world level and is a bit of a plodder, he has good power though and Rigo has a dodgy chin IMO, so I won't be surprised to see Rig go down once or twice.
